Wellbeing At Your Fingertips Katoka Massage Therapy

Improve your wellbeing and

learn how to alleviate aches and pains

by targeting particular points with

your fingertips

Have you got aches and pains due to long hours at your desk or the kitchen table?

Working on a laptop or computer sitting in an everyday chair or your sofa?

Started noticing you get pins and needles in your fingers from time to time?

Not sleeping great at night, or grinding your teeth in your sleep?

Stressed out or anxious from juggling too many responsibilities?

Maybe you are a homemaker, or have home-carer duties and don't have the time

to see a specialist.

Either way, you are still expected to pull your weight at work simultaneously?

If any of the above resonates with you,

DIY Acupressure Massage Therapy

I want to help you understand what creates the pains, ailments and feelings/sensations in your body.

See which are connected by joining the dots (or in this case acupressure points), using your fingertips

and give you access to natural pain relief methods.

Acupressure MASSAGE

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) believes vital energy or Qi (pronounced “chee”) circulates through meridians or channels in our bodies. Both acupressure and acupuncture stimulate specific points on these meridians to remove blockages, balance and direct the flow of energy, and relieve pain in the corresponding parts of the body. While acupuncture uses fine needles, in acupressure we simply massage the points with our fingertips – which has the big bonus that you can learn to do it yourself, in the comfort of your own home, at work or event when commuting!

Before you attempt this, it's essential that you know the correct technique. So ensure you read our page called Introduction to Acupressure Massage

Learn which acupressure points to massage to release your general physical pains, such as

Acupressure massage for Head Neck and Shoulder Pain
acupressure massage for a good night's sleep
acupressure massage for stress and anxiety
acupressure massage for focus and concentration
acupressure massage for headaches and migraines
acupressure massage for arms, hand and fingers numbness

You’ll also learn how to use DIY acupressure massage to look after your mental wellbeing, alleviating your feelings of anxiety, stress and depression. If you’re struggling with insomnia, menopause symptoms, or any number of different conditions...
