We all love a good massage. But what to do in between times, to relieve those nagging aches and pains, as well as chronic conditions?


The good news is acupressure massage is something you can also practice on yourself, as well as with near and dear ones, for all kinds of conditions! 


Don’t worry! These are simple techniques. You don’t need to sign up for a course, or find an hour in your day for a DIY massage session. Even just 5 minutes in between tasks, after waking or before sleeping, can be effective. All you need is a finger or thumb, and our handy DIY acupressure guides!

Acupressure MASSAGE

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) believes vital energy or Qi (pronounced “chee”) circulates through meridians or channels in our bodies. Both acupressure and acupuncture stimulate specific points on these meridians to remove blockages, balance and direct the flow of energy, and relieve pain in the corresponding parts of the body. While acupuncture uses fine needles, in acupressure we simply massage the points with our fingertips – which has the big bonus that you can learn to do it yourself, in the comfort of your own home, at work or event when commuting!
