About Katoka Massage Therapy
How We Started

Hi I'm Isabelle le Goaëc, the owner of Katoka Massage Therapy. After 12 years of 10-15 hour days in the financial industry, organising events and financial roadshows, I decided it was high time to leave behind this high pressure, stress-inducing environment and retrain in my childhood passion: massage therapy.  From the get-go, my unwavering purpose has been to help people who, like me in my previous career, are working in a sedentary office environment and don't seem to find the time to :

  • Address their aches and pains or

  • Mentally switch off due to a busy schedule.

Specialising in Acupressure Chair Massage enables me and my team to make a difference in people's lives. Making people feel better in minutes is my drive !

What is an Acupressure Chair Massage ?

In Japanese, Shiatsu means "finger pressure". It is a Japanese acupressure massage technique consisting of finger and palm pressure, stretches and other massage techniques. Shiatsu is the Japanese alternative to Chinese acupuncture using the same pressure points, except without the use of needles.
